To present fine, authentic Italian cuisine you need...an authentic Italian Chef, from Italy! That is what you'll find at Chianti on Clark, Stefano Castaldo, a native of Treviso, just north of Venice. Stefano is a graduate of Scuola Alberghiera, the five year Italian culinary school. He's been cooking professionally for his entire life, and he loves his profession. Like most good chefs, Stefano favors the freshest often local and organic ingredients.  Traditional Italian dishes, of course,  and Nuvo Italian...expect to be impressed.  Taste Stefano's creations with his special Savor Sarasota menu.
