Chef Matt Rebhan  born and raised in Sarasota at the age of 14 he worked weekends for the Family Business, learning his work ethics and culinary skills from his grandfather Henry and father Mark. 
 
Contacted by the producer of Diner’s, Drive-in’s and Dive’s for The Food Network in 2007 to film on location one of Guy Fieri’s first shows “Talkin Turkey” and again in 2011 filming The Best Thing I Ever Ate “Bird Is The Word” for their in-house prepared Turducken. A huge success which lead to shipping across the continental United States their famous Turducken is available on both lunch and dinner menus.
 
Chef Matt offers off premise catering services for office lunches, weddings and custom theme parties and local fund raisers.
 
Alpine’s success is due to Matt’s devotion of everything made from scratch from the bone broths and stocks for soups and gravy’s to fresh baked breads and desserts.
