Ash comes to Mozaic after a long and varied culinary career.  Chef Ash has honed his skills in a variety of quality restaurants and resorts in both the Sarasota area as well as some fine ski resort properties in both Wyoming and Washington state.  Ash is a dedictated professional and holds a Culinary degree from AB Tech in Ashville, N.C.   Like Mozaic, Chef Ash embraces the philosophy of serving simply prepared dishes crafted to evoke full flavors through the use of the highest quality seasonal ingredients, creative composition and sound cooking techniques.
