Arthur Lopes has his culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University.  A veteran of Hells Kitchen in New York, Chillingsworth in Cape Cod, and Ophelia's on Siesta Key.  Ryan Boeve is a culinary graduate from Grand Rapids Michigan.  He moved to Florida and became Executive Chef at Ophelia's.  Arthur and Ryan joined forces to create Zoria first on Hillview and then on Main Street.  After 12 years the two created the award winning Pomona Bistro & Wine Bar. Florida Trend's Golden Spoon Award winner and 2011 Best New Restaurnat winner. Ryan has been voted one of the best  by Best Chefs of America 2013.
